Delhi govt appreciates Ladli Foundation for enabling 1L marginalised students with digital education

New Delhi: Education, a fundamental human right, has the power to significantly impact a person’s character. A rapid, need-based transition toward digital education has evolved in the present era. Since it is evident that the world is moving toward digitalisation, it has emerged as one of the most essential necessities.

Although there is a significant utilization of technology in the educational sector, the majority of marginalised students still do not have access to it. Recently, the Delhi government’s Education department appreciated the Ladli Foundation NGO for enabling the one lac marginalised students with Digital Education in their Schools.


An Appreciation letter was issued to the NGO by Himanshu Gupta, IAS, Director Education for providing Free Licences of BYJU’s Premium Subscription under Education for all programs. The subscriptions are provided to students from classes 6th-12th. for easy access to the enriching e-course content to enhance the learning experiences of these students. Additionally, the organization has also established smart classes with BYJUs e-content in 35 Delhi Government schools.

Furthermore, the Education department has also acknowledged the organization’s initiative of incorporating sensitization workshops on Menstrual Hygiene Management, WASH, good Touch-Bad touch and gender sensitization. These workshops will improve awareness and facilitate the capacity – building of the beneficiaries.
